Field Service Technician Responsibilities:

Construction Project Manager:

Job Brief:

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to assist in the overall management of our construction projects. The successful candidate will have a background in project management and an understanding of general construction practices. The ideal candidate for this position will also be experienced in administrative work such as scheduling, budgeting and personnel management.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project teams by scheduling meetings and keeping accurate records of progress.
  • Maintain project logs, records and other documentation.
  • Collect, track, and distribute data relating to project status and issues.
  • Oversee and manage outside entities, including subcontractors and consultants.
  • Oversee and manage project finances.
  • Apply for building/zoning permits and ensure inspections are completed
  • Coordinate with property management staff or facility maintenance staff as needed, as well as building owners or property managers.
  • Serve as point of contact for all matters relating to the project.
  • Work in tandem with the Construction personell to see projects through to completion

Construction Laborer

Job Brief:

We currently have an opening for a Construction Laborer to help us with business development. This position is responsible for the construction, repair and maintenance of our clients swimming pools. A successful candidate will be trusted to perform multiple tasks including installation, plumbing, forming, pouring concrete and other manual labor duties. The Laborer will also be required to coordinate with multiple subcontractors and ensure that all projects are completed in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Be able to lift and carry heavy objects.
  • Be able to perform strenuous physical labor and activities in the outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Be on time for work.
  • Present yourself in a reputable manner.
  • Have good communication skills with co-workers and supervisors.
  • Follow all safety procedures.
  • Keep all company equipment clean, maintained, and in good working order.
  • Use tools safely and properly according to company guidelines.
  • Pay based on experience.
